How to Order

We have two ways you can order:

1. You can order online through our online store. Just add the product or products you want to the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the “check out” button.
2. You can also call and have your order processed by phone. Our regular operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm MST. Please leave a message if you get sent to the voice mail and someone will return your call shortly. Our local number is 623-623-239-2847 and our toll-free number is 888-240-6335.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal at this time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products to the mainland U.S.

Products that ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail are shipped free to all of the U.S. and U.S. territories.

Bulky items or items weighting over 10 lbs that cannot ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail will require a shipping surcharge to HI, AK, and any US territories.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product weight and shipping locations.

All orders that weigh less than 13 ounces ship USPS First Class Mail. Depending on your location, you should receive your product within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders that weigh over 13 ounces but less than 10 pounds ship via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3 to 6 business days.

We carry stock on most items in our store. On the occasion that we do not have an item in stock and need to order it in, we will inform you of the extra delivery time.

Holiday Delivery Times

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during holidays. We give our staff time off to be with their families on holidays and our primary shippers, USPS and UPS do not ship on major holidays.
